Apr 30, · Cannot download PDF file. Discussion in 'Android Help' started by Flagman, Apr 30 Try ezPDF, Foxit and Xodo reader. Those three are the ones I normally use and so far haven't encountered a file that can't be opened on at least one of those. Actually, haven't found one that ezPDF can't open, but I can't remember if they have a free. I have been trying to download a PDF file from my Samsung Galaxy , 32G, Wi-Fi Tab. When I click on the download icon to check on it,it shows "Download in progress". A one page file, for instance, will take FOREVER then I get "Download failed".This happens again and again. Very frustrating! This is something to consider especially if it’s your first time dealing with that type of file. If you’ve never downloaded a PDF file before, maybe you do not have the PDF viewer installed on the Samsung Galaxy Author: David Covington.

I recently did a factory reset and restored it using Samsung Kies. I tried unmounting my sd card, formatting it but nothing has worked so far. I have plenty of capacity in both device and micro sd card. I cleared the cache from my Internet browser and it still won't download files.

Well man, I tried everything. I thought it was a Google problem and waited for a while but still nothing. When I use my WiFi hotspot on my phone, other phones and laptops can download anything they want, even from Google play.
