It will eventually find the mod, but it can sometimes take up to a WEEK for the mod to load. This issue started a few months ago. This has been happening for 3 days now. Half of my steam workshop mods are "uninstalled" for some reason. In the Arma 3 launcher there is a yellow symbol next to some of my mods, i have tried to leave the launcher to install my mods, quitting the launcher and letting steam update/install my mods and restarting my steam and computer which have all failed.
