Hmmmmm the links don't work. The Humvees are part of their communities mod pack. They have not released it to the public and making an account on their website is not enough to access their mods. So basically unless you want to join them you will have to wait until they release their mod publicly.
Use a download accelerator like Download Accelerator Plus for mirror 2. That, or just be patient for it to download.
